Charge it fully, slide your hand in and press power. Pick your heat level, keep the squeeze low or add more if you like, then sit back for 10 to 15 minutes. Use the highest heat for no more than 10 minutes at a time.
It's made to be gentle, and you're in control. There are 5 squeeze levels. Start at the lowest and only turn it up if you want more. Most of the comfort comes from the warmth.
